Reception greeted us with warmth and helpful local tips. However, parking can be a challenge in the area.

The hotel is very centrally located, easily walkable to beaches and restaurants.

We encountered issues with our room upon arrival, receiving a different one than what we specifically requested. The hotel staff was not available to address this until the next morning, which caused a lot of frustration. Additionally, the family room was incredibly cramped with no space for suitcases and the transparent walls of the shower made it quite uncomfortable for our family dynamics.

Well, I reckon we hit the jackpot with this place. Got a big ol' room, bed's so comfy I coulda snoozed the whole day. Stephanie at the front greeted us real warm-like and had great tips for the area. Just wished they had a lift for the luggage, but it's all good. Can't wait to come back!

This was a decent option for a weekend breather in Biarritz, offering good value for money. The shower had amazing water pressure, which was a nice surprise! Make sure to ask about breakfast early on.

We loved exploring the Cité de l'Océan with the kids, and the beach was just a short walk away. The service was accommodating, especially when they borrowed us towels for the beach. Our room was inviting and comfy, a perfect spot for family relaxation.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to engage with.

great stay but missing an elevator

The rooms and hotel were always clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations for hygiene. The concierge was a standout, providing fantastic recommendations that greatly enhanced our visit. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room. it added a serene touch to the ambiance.

Despite the clean rooms, it would have been much easier if there was an elevator for luggage.

Everything was modern and very clean, with organic toiletries that were a nice touch. Centrally located, we found it super easy to explore nearby attractions.

The room was spotless and nicely decorated, with the best water pressure in the shower! Located just a short stroll from the beach, it’s ideal for enjoying surf and sun. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Thierry, who offered great local tips and made us feel right at home.

The location near the beach is outstanding, perfect for coastal walks and easy access to vibrant bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space to organize belongings, and the comfortable bed ensured restful nights. The staff showcased impeccable service, generous with local tips and assistance, including lending beach towels. However, the lack of an elevator made handling luggage inconvenient, and some common areas felt slightly cramped.

Good hotel with excellent wi-fi, tv, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a phone charger. I highly recommend it for a city break!

Stayed for a night in a suite and loved the spaciousness and the huge walk-in shower! The hotel has a lovely sun terrace and a cozy area for relaxing by the beach. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty in certain areas. 😊
